Quote Assembly From Your Price List and Last Contract
DataWise designs quote assembly for Israeli B2B sellers: price list, last contract and stock pulled into one quote in your template, sent after you read it.
Updated:
How do you turn “prepare a quote for the March order, same terms as last time” into a finished quote in your template without copy-paste across systems? By letting the quote assemble itself from the sources a sales admin would open: the price list, the customer’s last contract, the stock picture and your document template. The email is drafted in your tone with the quote attached, and it waits for you to read, adjust one line, and send. DataWise designs this step for Israeli B2B sellers as the companion to orders into your ERP: the order that starts as a question.
How it works
The request arrives as a sentence, from a customer or from your own rep.
Four steps follow.
Read the request. Which customer, which items or which previous order to copy, which quantities, which terms. “Same as March” resolves to the March order’s lines; “the new one” resolves against this customer’s recent history, and anything uncertain is asked back.
Pull the sources. The price list for this customer’s tier, their last contract or quote for negotiated prices and terms, current stock and lead time per line. Precedence is explicit: contract price over list price, your discount rule over both.
Assemble. The quote is produced in your document template with your numbering, terms, validity and signature block. A line with no source price is left marked rather than filled.
Draft the email. In your tone, with the quote attached and the delivery date you can keep. It waits in your outbox. You read, change what needs changing, send.
What stays with you
Three things, always. The price rule: the system applies it, you set it. The send: no quote reaches a customer unread. The exceptions: a customer asking for something outside their contract, a line below cost, a stock shortfall against the requested date, each is shown before you send, not discovered after.

The dollar rose, and margins shrank
The agent recalculates which products no longer hit the margin target, flags 9 of 14 and proposes an updated price list. You approve the new prices, the price list updates, and a notice to customers waits in your drafts.
One example, shown on Zenzap. We build the same agent on WhatsApp, Teams, Slack or the system you already run.
What we’ve built
A quote has a precedence order: the customer’s contract price over the list price, your discount rule over both, stock and lead time deciding the delivery date you can commit to. A line with no source price stays blank. What we bring to it:
- Integrations against Priority, SAP, monday.com and Hashavshevet: scoped and built. Prices, contracts and stock are read from there.
- WhatsApp operations agent, Hebrew voice and text: built; document AI over scanned business documents: designed, an ML pipeline that extracts structured features from scans (Knowledge & Document AI). Reading a contract and a price list for negotiated terms is the same extraction discipline.
When it pays
When quotes are frequent and mostly repeat with variations: distributors, importers and manufacturers quoting the same catalogue to the same customers at negotiated prices. If every quote is a bespoke engineering document, the same mechanics help less, and we will say so in scoping.
FAQ
Where do the prices come from?
From this customer's last contract or last quote first, then your price list, with the discount rule you set taking precedence over both. The quote never invents a price: a line with no source price is left marked for you to fill.
Can it use our own quote template and numbering?
Yes. The quote is produced in your document template, with your numbering, terms and signature block. It is designed to be indistinguishable from one your sales admin produced by hand, with the copy work removed.
